What we collect
When you send a project brief or take the Venue Growth Assessment, you provide your name, business and contact details, and information about your venue. We may also record the campaign link that brought you here, if one was used.
Why we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare your assessment snapshot and understand what kind of help would be useful. We only send further marketing or follow-up where you have chosen to hear from us or where otherwise permitted by law.
Who can access it
Information is handled by House of Olive and the service providers needed to run this website and manage enquiries. We use HubSpot to organise submitted contact details, project briefs, assessment answers and results, campaign attribution and consent choices. Completing a form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not sell your information. Assessment result links are private links; anyone with the link may be able to view that result, so do not share it publicly.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry and assessment details for as long as needed to respond, manage our business records and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by contacting House of Olive through the project enquiry form. You can also ask not to be contacted about opportunities.
Website measurement
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand website visits, useful pages, campaign sources and actions such as successful enquiries and assessment completion. Analytics loads automatically on public pages of our live website, without an analytics permission pop-up. It uses cookies and similar technologies to measure visits. Google may process page views, referral and campaign information, browser and device details, approximate location and analytics cookie identifiers. Google may process this information outside Australia.
You can restrict analytics through your browser’s cookie settings, tracking protection or content blockers. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. These controls may limit measurement and do not delete information already processed by Google.
Our website tracking does not send your name, email address, phone number, project brief, assessment answers or private result link to Google Analytics. Private assessment result pages are excluded from tracking. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. Campaign attribution used to handle an enquiry is separate from Google Analytics tracking.
